Equipment Maintenence

REXCO, Inc. is equipped with a Maintenance Shop and Warehouse that maintains three hundred (300) pieces of equipment as well as sixty-four (64) company vehicles in safe working condition.

The Supervisors and Mechanics of the department receive continuing education regularly on new techniques and procedures. In addition to the mechanic shop, the company has a paint and body shop on the premises. This shop provides the capability to maintain superior condition of all equipment. We can also develop maintenance programs to fit your needs and provide maintenance personnel.

The Maintenance Shop utilizes a computerized maintenance control system. This Maintenance Control System (MCS) is a PC software program tailored for heavy equipment maintenance records. It is a very versatile package which is used for tracking maintenance on pickups as well as tractor-trailer rigs.

Our Maintenance Shop has the capability to change, repair, and balance tires for all pickups, and change and repair tractor-trailer tires.

REXCO, Inc., also installed a Computerized Fuel Station which is maintained by personnel from the Maintenance Shop office. This gives us the capability to set parameters which give operators warnings as to when a PM is due.
