Mechanical Department

The Mechanical Department is another facet to the spectrum of services offered by REXCO, Inc. With a broad range of experience, the pipe division has worked extensively with a variety of different sizes and classes of piping including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE), Poly Vinyl Chloride (adhesive or adhesive/welded), and many exotics.

Projects have successfully been completed involving pressures up to 3,500 psi, and temperatures ranging from cold to steam service. Equipment setting experience includes compressors, pumps, filters, vessels, blowers, and truck/railway/ship loading-unloading equipment with grout (epoxy or cementious), alignment, and tie-in work of the various equipment. Capabilities also include installing baffling systems, designing/fabricating/erecting specialty items for reactors, and many “chute/duct” type projects.

Quality Assurance and Safety remain uncompromising as the department strictly complies with ASME, OSHA, MSHA, and all other regulations or codes applicable to the scope set forth for each project.
